PROJECT GOAL
To increase the level of education among young and elderly people and to guarantee skilled workforce.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
To introduce and promote the BioEconomy concept and approaches for agricultural industry in neighboring border territories of Finland and Russia through the complex of capacity building actions and practical showcases for the local actors in agrisector.
